Maintenance of white Dischidia nummularia for transplanting

Light

The plant prefers bright light, but it should be protected from direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. Morning or afternoon light exposure is ideal.

Temperature

Dischidia nummularia white prefers warm and humid temperatures. It does not tolerate temperatures below 10°C.

Watering

The plant requires regular watering, but should not be left in standing water. The soil should be kept moist but not soggy. Overwatering can lead to root rot.

Humidity

Dischidia nummularia white needs a humid environment to grow properly. It can be misted regularly to maintain humidity around the plant.

Fertilizer

The plant can be fed with diluted liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer).

Size

The plant can be pruned to encourage growth and to maintain a compact shape. Stems can be cut above a node to stimulate branching.

Support

Use our special mix , consisting of 50% blond peat, 25% horticultural compost and 25% perlite. Dischidia nummularia blanc needs a support to cling to and grow. It can be grown on a stake or support structure, or it can be left to fall freely in a hanging pot.
