All potted plants are shipped protected by a 100% recycled plastic shell!

Since 2002 we have been shipping our plants grown in our greenhouses in Colmar in Alsace to France and throughout Europe.

• Unless otherwise stated, all plants are sent protected by a 100% recycled plastic shell ensuring protection of the foliage and roots in the pot.
  
  
• The pot is "secured" using 100% recycled plastic stretch film and some fragile products are protected by 100% recycled bubble wrap .
  
  
• Plants sent bare root are wrapped in moist sphagnum moss that we reuse from unsold living sphagnum moss.
  
  
• The plants, once in the shell, are sent protected by recycled newspaper , cardboard padded by us (reuse of our cardboard) and Kraft paper that we recover from a neighboring company that produces it as " waste " to ensure the quality of the shipment.
  
  
• Identification is done by a label on the packaging of each plant and everything is packaged in 70% to 100% recycled cardboard.

This service is only available for delivery to mainland France, European Community countries and Switzerland.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order, its weight, the complexity of its preparation or the equipment used to make it: a lot of time is spent on the proper preparation of packages.

From 5 to 10% of the shipping costs are our responsibility to limit the cost!

Whether potted or bare-rooted, plants travel safely for several weeks! The usual delivery times are 24 to 72 hours (outside Switzerland), so there is no reason to worry about them.
